tealsi provides the technology. You control how you use it.
tealsi is a software platform and technology product provided by Constellation X, LLC. Unless separately agreed in writing, a tealsi subscription does not include legal advice, regulatory or compliance advice, marketing consulting, campaign management, financial advice, medical advice, or managed agency services.
Customers control their contacts, campaigns, content, automations, AI instructions, communications, recipients, timing, frequency, products, services, and business decisions. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of tealsi complies with applicable laws, third-party policies, consent requirements, and contractual obligations.

The Terms are the main agreement for your tealsi account and incorporate applicable supporting policies by reference.
Feature-specific rules apply when you use those features.
For example, communications, AI and voice, Wallet, agency, developer, privacy, data-processing, and other feature-specific rules may apply based on how you use tealsi.
Some features require additional acceptance.
Agency features, AI calling, high-volume communications, voice tools, or developer access may require additional acknowledgements or certifications before activation.
Policies can evolve with the platform.
Technology, integrations, APIs, carrier requirements, laws, and third-party services change. tealsi may update policies as necessary and will provide notice when required or reasonably appropriate.
