Transparency principle: tealsi may rely on specialized third-party providers for infrastructure, telecommunications, AI, voice, payments and related functionality. Some providers operate behind tealsi, while others are connected directly by the Customer.
THE PRESENCE OF A PROVIDER ON THIS PAGE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE PROVIDER PROCESSES DATA FOR EVERY TEALSI CUSTOMER OR EVERY FEATURE. PROVIDERS USED DEPEND ON THE SERVICES, CONFIGURATION, REGION AND FEATURES SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
1. Purpose of this Notice
This Subprocessors & Connected Services Notice identifies certain third-party providers that may support tealsi and explains the distinction between providers used by tealsi internally and third-party services connected directly by Customers.
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Terms of Service and Security & Administrative Access Statement.
2. Subprocessors vs. Connected Services
For purposes of this Notice:
- Subprocessor or Infrastructure Provider means a third party tealsi may use to process Customer Data or provide infrastructure on behalf of tealsi in connection with the Platform.
- Customer-Connected Service means a third-party account, platform, network, application or service that Customer chooses to connect, authorize or use with tealsi.
A Customer-Connected Service is not automatically a subprocessor of tealsi merely because the Platform integrates with it. The legal role of a provider depends on the actual data flow, contractual relationship and feature being used.
3. Current Subprocessors and Infrastructure Providers
The following providers may support tealsi infrastructure or usage-based functionality:
| Provider | Primary Purpose | Relationship | Processing Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | VPS and hosting infrastructure supporting Platform operations. | Infrastructure Provider | United States, subject to the specific infrastructure selected by tealsi. |
| Twilio | Telecommunications functionality, including phone numbers, SMS, MMS and related communications services. | Infrastructure / Communications Provider | May involve multiple regions depending on service and telecommunications routing. |
| Vapi | AI voice agent infrastructure and related call orchestration functionality. | AI / Voice Infrastructure Provider | May involve multiple regions and underlying providers depending on configuration. |

| PayPal | Payment functionality where tealsi uses or supports PayPal-related services. | Payment Provider | May involve multiple regions according to PayPal infrastructure and Customer location. |
Important: Payment providers may act in different legal capacities depending on whether they process payments for Constellation X, LLC or are connected directly by a Customer to process the Customer’s own transactions.
4. Customer-Connected Services
Customers may choose to connect tealsi with external platforms and accounts. Current or supported Customer-Connected Services may include:
| Service | Typical Use | Relationship |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | Facebook and Instagram account connectivity, social functionality, messaging and related integrations. | Customer-Connected Service |

5. Not Every Provider Is Used for Every Customer
Provider usage depends on Customer configuration. A Customer who does not use AI calling may not have data processed through the same providers as a Customer who actively uses voice agents. A Customer who does not connect Meta or Google will not generate the same connected-service data flows as one who does.
6. Categories of Data Processed
Depending on the feature used, providers may process categories of information such as:
- Customer account and user information;
- contact and CRM information;
- phone numbers and communications metadata;
- message content;
- call audio, transcripts and call metadata;
- AI prompts, inputs and generated outputs;
- calendar or integration data;
- technical logs, device or authentication information;
- billing and transaction information; and
- other information required to provide the feature selected by Customer.
7. Processing Locations and Regions
tealsi may use providers that process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. Processing location may vary based on the provider, service, infrastructure region, telecommunications routing, Customer configuration and provider architecture.
tealsi does not represent that every data element remains exclusively within a single city, state or country unless tealsi has expressly agreed to a specific data-residency commitment in writing.
8. Customer Authorization
By using Platform functionality that depends on an applicable provider, Customer authorizes tealsi to engage that provider as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
9. Third-Party Terms and Policies
Third-party providers operate under their own contracts, terms, privacy notices, acceptable-use rules, technical limitations and security practices.
Customer may also be directly bound by a provider’s terms where Customer connects or uses its own third-party account. tealsi is not responsible for Customer’s violation of third-party terms or for actions taken by a provider against Customer’s external account.
10. Changes to Providers
tealsi may add, remove, replace or migrate providers for technical, operational, security, legal, commercial or availability reasons.
A provider may also change its own API, pricing, policies, model, functionality or infrastructure without tealsi’s control.
11. Security and Vendor Oversight
tealsi seeks to use providers reasonably appropriate for the function they perform and may evaluate provider security, contractual terms, service reliability and operational fit.
No vendor-review process eliminates all risk. tealsi does not warrant that a third-party provider will never experience a security incident, outage, regulatory issue or service interruption.
12. International Processing
Where Customer Data is transferred internationally in a manner regulated by applicable data-protection law, tealsi may use contractual safeguards, provider terms or other lawful transfer mechanisms as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
13. Provider Replacement or Discontinuation
tealsi may discontinue a provider or migrate Customer functionality to another provider where reasonably necessary. Such changes may affect features, latency, pricing, voices, AI behavior, communication routing or other Platform characteristics.
Customer’s purchase of tealsi is not contingent upon continued use of any particular upstream provider.
14. Independent Third-Party Services
Some connected services act independently of tealsi and may determine their own purposes and means of processing. For example, a payment processor, social network or external account provider may process Customer or End User information under its own privacy notice and terms.
tealsi does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy, security or business practices of Customer-Connected Services.
15. Notice of Material Changes
Where required by applicable law or the Data Processing Addendum, tealsi will use commercially reasonable methods to provide notice of material changes to subprocessors.
Minor changes, provider feature changes, updated infrastructure regions or non-material operational adjustments may be reflected by updating this page.
